Holding various key decision-making positions during her career, Fiona was formerly the Managing Director of McConnell Dowell’s specialist directional drilling division in the UK. Working worldwide provided invaluable overseas operational experience and contractual knowledge, which ultimately proved to be of critical influence in forming Stockton Drilling Limited with her husband, Gearoid.

Gearoid’s reputation for problem-solving is second to none, with clients greatly valuing his expertise and dedication to the delivery of successful projects. Over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry has enabled him to transform Stockton from a specialist HDD company into its modern-day ‘main contractor’ status, installing pipelines by traditional methods, Direct Pipe and HDD as well as undertaking significant civil engineering works.
