Positioning ourselves for future growth with a rebrand and restructure

After more than two decades delivering complex drilling, pipeline and civil engineering projects across the UK, we’re proud to be entering a new chapter, bringing our three core divisions of Drilling, Pipelines and Civils together under one unified identity: Stockton Group.

The move reflects how the business has evolved over the last 20 years. Where we began as a specialist Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) contractor, we’ve now grown into a multi-disciplinary engineering partner, delivering complex projects for some of the UK’s most demanding infrastructure and energy needs.

Decor Positioning ourselves for future growth with a rebrand and restructure

Building on strong momentum

This restructure comes at a time of significant growth for us, with turnover increasing from £10 million in FY2024 to £25 million in FY2025.

Operating nationwide from our headquarters in Wakefield, we have built a reputation for delivering technically complex, low-impact infrastructure solutions. Today, Stockton is recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent trenchless engineering specialists and remains the only UK contractor offering Direct Pipe® technology.

A brand that clearly reflects who we are

Bringing our divisions together under one group creates a clearer structure for our clients and partners, while strengthening collaboration across the business. It also means we’ll be able to secure a greater role in early-stage planning, design and engineering on new projects.

Alongside the restructure, we’ve launched a refreshed brand identity and a new website. Developed in partnership with strategic marketing agency, Fantastic Media, the rebrand better reflects the scale of our capabilities and the breadth of services we now deliver across national infrastructure programmes.

Delivering lasting value

Our teams continue to deliver projects across the UK, supporting sectors like utilities, energy, education and manufacturing, with projects including work for Britvic Soft Drinks, Leeds Beckett University, and Beatrice Offshore Windfarm (BOWL).

Speaking about the restructure, our Managing Director, Fiona O’Connell, said: “I am proud to introduce the new Stockton Group. By bringing our core three divisions together we can present a clearer, more consistent offer to our clients, whether they’ve worked with us for years or are just discovering us.

“Our clients are asking for more integrated delivery and earlier technical input into their projects, not just specialist drilling support. Aligning our teams in one structure means we can take greater responsibility across the lifecycle of a project, improving transparency, clarity and efficiency across the board.

“This change is not just about how we present ourselves externally, it's about ensuring we are prepared to support the UK’s next wave of infrastructure investment by combining the experience, capability and insight of our whole business to deliver meaningful and lasting value for our clients.

“From feasibility to delivery, we turn complex challenges into problems solved, delivering results that reduce risk, protect people, care for the environment and provide lasting value for our clients.”
